These are novelty souvenir shoes made in the Philippines. They were sold in tourist areas in Asia, Hawaii & other island destinations primarily in the 1940’s but also the early to mid 1950’s.
These are hand carved and painted. The lush burgundy velvet is hand beaded. All beads intact.
