The layout design of the color blocking and pleating are exceptional on this piece.
It is beautifully tented and tiered with bind and ruffle pleating at yoke setting.
Long bottom blue and white striped tier additionally pleated.
For me it screams tiki meets circus big top.
Elastic at sleeves in excellent condition.
